Experteer Overview
As Regional Partner Technical Manager for Spain and Portugal, you drive partner success and regional growth by enabling partners to independently deliver Splunk and Cisco solutions. You will lead strategic initiatives across Cybersecurity, Observability, and AI, shaping partner capabilities and repeatable solutions. You’ll collaborate across teams to remove blockers, guide technical architecture, and accelerate deal velocity. This role offers international exposure, a strong focus on enablement, and a mission to empower partners to solve complex challenges at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Drive technical enablement and development of strategic partners to accelerate regional growth
• Create and update Partner Technical Scorecards and development plans aligning with regional GTM
• Identify and advance partner-influenced opportunities across security, observability, and platform use cases
• Host enablement sessions, workshops, roundtables, and forums to build regional partner community




• Coach partner pre-sales teams to craft high-quality architectures, POVs/POCs for successful outcomes
• Lead competency development through technical enablement and hands-on workshops for Partner Tier Upgrades
• Guide partners to build industry-aligned propositions and repeatable solutions with reference architectures
• Serve as technical bridge between internal teams and partner stakeholders to ensure best practices
• Track opportunity progression, perform architecture reviews, remove blockers to speed deals

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, consulting, or partner enablement
• Solid background in cybersecurity, SIEM or observability
• Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, and product demos
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Willingness and ability to travel in Spain and Portugal
