In this role, you will develop and evolve Stripe’s 3d illustration and motion styles to support the brand at scale. You’ll work across brand, product design, and marketing to craft photo-realistic, editorial 3d compositions for static and moving formats. You’ll shape guidelines and systems that ensure consistent, high-quality imagery across product, campaigns, and events. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and external partners, leveraging AI tools to push creative boundaries. This is an opportunity to influence how Stripe’s brand looks and feels across media while advancing a culture of design excellence.
Responsabilidades
- Develop illustration and motion styles in partnership with brand, product design, and marketing
- Create photo-realistic 3d compositions for static and motion across ad surfaces
- Champion brand expression through image and motion; develop guidelines and systems for scale
- Collaborate with non-motion designers to elevate work
- Oversee quality and consistency of 3d illustration/motion across products and campaigns
- Oversee external creative teams in strategy, execution, and production
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to serve a integral audience
- Foster a culture of design excellence and experimentation with AI tooling
Requisitos principales
- 6+ years of design and art direction experience for technical and product-driven companies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in art or equivalent professional experience
- Strong strategic acumen for building leading brands in a fast-paced, global environment
- Systems-thinking and ability to extrapolate shared patterns
- Proven excellence in art direction and 3d illustration systems
- Experience building/using AI tools to create work in new ways
- Ability to communicate brand concepts and decisions clearly to teams and partners
- Track record of independently delivering work and influencing others
