We are currently expanding our team and looking for a driven International Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruitment processes for multinational clients across diverse markets. End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end international search processes for mid-to-senior level roles across various sectors. Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to global corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs and defining recruitment strategies. Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize advanced direct sourcing methodology and AI-driven platforms to map, engage, and evaluate top-tier candidates globally. Process Leadership: Manage negotiations, candidate presentation, client interviews, and offer closings to ensure an outstanding recruitment experience.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in international talent acquisition ( executive search or recruitment agency background preferred ).



Language

Skills:
Spanish & English is mandatory (Native or C1/C2 level). Proficiency in additional languages (French, German or Italian) is highly valued . Recruitment Expertise: Strong track record in direct sourcing, headhunting, and competency-based interviewing across international markets. Key Traits: Result-driven, agile, excellent communication skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team.
