Experteer Overview In this role you drive patient-centered engagements across multiple projects, leading execution teams and client interactions to shape strategies around patient voices. You will translate patient insights into actionable recommendations for development, market access, and value demonstration, while supporting business development and thought leadership. You operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions that advance life sciences consulting. This role offers exposure to advisory boards, patient research, and partnerships with patient groups at a integral scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Independently lead execution teams and deliver projects with minimal guidance
• Guide teams to translate client issues into actionable strategies
• Oversee client interactions and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Identify and communicate potential project risks to senior staff
• Design and lead patient engagement activities (advisory boards, interviews, journey mapping) informing clinical development, evidence generation, and commercial strategies
• Translate patient insights into concrete recommendations (trial design, endpoints, PROs, HTA inputs, patient programs)




• Ensure patient engagement complies with ethical, legal, and compliance standards (consent, data privacy, compensation)
• Develop deep knowledge of life sciences and patient advocacy landscape; support training and staff development
• Provide oversight aligned with company policies, mission, and values
• Support business development, including proposal development and relationship building with patient groups Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in management consulting, life sciences, private equity, or HTA agencies
• Hands-on experience designing/running patient engagement initiatives (advisory boards, partnerships)
• Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Engineering; advanced degrees a plus
• Experience managing large teams
• Strong communication and empathy when engaging patients, caregivers, and organizations
• Ability to understand complex data and extract client-relevant insights
• Proven project management, client interaction, and negotiation skills
• Fluent English; other languages a plus
