Experteer Overview In this role you support strategic corporate clients and brokers within employer health benefits, using consultative thinking to clarify products, networks, and administer benefits. You will work closely with the Client Management team to anticipate needs and resolve complex enquiries in a fast-paced environment. You drive reliable client support, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to ongoing organizational initiatives. - Build relationships with strategic clients and brokers to sustain satisfaction with Cigna products and services
- Resolve complex and non-routine enquiries with guidance on products, services, and networks
- Collaborate with Client Management to anticipate needs and identify opportunities for expanded business
- Manage competing priorities and respond to emails and voicemails within 24 hours to ensure reliable support
- Act as an internal Cigna General broker advocate and provide back-up for Client Managers




- Support client and broker meetings, coordinate WebEx, and travel with Client Managers for meetings as needed
- Support organisational initiatives, Salesforce.

- At least 2 years in a client or customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and data presentation skills
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and use initiative
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet changing deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce.
