Experteer Overview In this role you partner with the Head of Legal to provide pragmatic, risk‑based legal advice across corporate, governance, and insurance distribution matters. You help ensure regulatory compliance while supporting strategic growth and cross-border initiatives. You will shape governance frameworks, contract strategy, and transactional support within an international, fast‑paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to influence how the business expands and governs its operations in healthcare. You will work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver practical solutions that enable growth and regulatory compliance. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and corporate documents
• Provide practical legal advice on contracting strategies, risk management, and dispute avoidance
• Promote proactive legal engagement on strategic initiatives
• Provide corporate secretarial support and coordinate annual accounts and filings
• Draft minutes, resolutions, certificates, powers of attorney, and governance docs
• Assist with appointments of auditors, notaries, registries, and external authorities
• Manage incorporations, restructurings,



and capital changes; maintain corporate records
• Support multi‑jurisdiction entities and strategic expansion projects
• Advise on insurance distribution activities and regulatory requirements when applicable
• Develop and maintain regulatory governance frameworks for distribution activities
• Provide guidance on customer processes, distribution arrangements, and outsourcing structures
• Monitor regulatory developments and liaise with regulators and partners
• Support interactions with insurance partners and supervisory authorities Responsabilidades
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance/regulated sectors, corporate, consumer and commercial law
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French a plus
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and cross‑border projects
• Business minded, results oriented, service driven, proactive and pragmatic
