Experteer Overview In this role you design, implement, and continuously improve SAP HCM solutions to support Nordex’s HR processes. You work closely with process owners, implementation partners and IT to deliver end-to-end SAP HCM capabilities, including on-premise, SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori. You operate in an agile environment, tackling HCM challenges and guiding projects or workstreams with external partners and internal stakeholders. You will expand your SAP and industry knowledge while contributing to a sustainable energy mission at a global company. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and implement SAP HCM solutions with process owners, partners and IT
• Drive end-to-end HCM process design in agile environments (on-premise, H4S4, SuccessFactors)




• Lead projects or workstreams and coordinate external partners and internal stakeholders
• Continuously grow industry, technical and SAP knowledge Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant
• Strong SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori expertise
• Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management
• Good understanding of project management methodologies; practical experience preferred
• Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies (IDocs, SAP CPI) desirable
