Experteer Overview In this role you own and extend Julius Baer's security exposure reporting, translating raw findings into reliable, decision-grade measures. You will design data-driven exposure dashboards and calculations, enabling scalable governance under regulatory scrutiny. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to replace manual supervisory reporting with standardized, reproducible capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and information security, shaping measurement standards across services and assets. You will craft impactful metrics that support risk-based governance and secure reporting practices. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own, maintain, and extend dashboards and reports representing security exposure across a growing module estate
• Define and version formulas behind exposure measures to ensure a single definition and owner for published figures
• Develop searches and transformations to aggregate per-asset security results at scale and implement coverage checks
• Define new exposure measures for domains brought under management where no metric exists yet




• Design, validate, and support adoption of an aggregated per-service exposure score for risk-based governance
• Replace manual supervisory reporting with a standardized, reusable, and reproducible capability mapping requirements to underlying data Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise BI platform (Tableau preferred): data modeling, calculated fields, LOD expressions, extract strategy, performance tuning
• Proven ability to design and document metrics and composite scores, including weighting, missing data handling, and validation
• Experience defining a measure from scratch and obtaining acceptance from stakeholders
• Scripting for data transformation and automation, ideally Python, with maintainable, version-controlled work
• Five or more years of experience in data analytics or data engineering with responsibility for dependent reporting
