Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape pricing strategy for Medtronic’s products across markets, balancing policy, reimbursement, and competitive dynamics to optimize profitability. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate pricing insights into actionable contracts and market launches. The position offers impact at a general scale, contributing to patient access and the company’s financial performance. You will engage with international pricing challenges and leverage analytics to drive strategic decisions.

• Develops and communicates the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy
• Develops price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy
• Recommends positions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments
• Reviews competition to determine price of new product
• Provides input on final pricing contracts
• Plans and develops market research and analysis





Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of experience in pricing (pricing strategy, market optimization, product profitability, tender and reimbursements)
• Significant experience in price, sales or downstream/operational marketing
• Last 1–2 positions should be in international pricing or major pricing consultancy
• Knowledge of tender and reimbursement systems in Europe
• Excellent analytic and strategic skills; strong Excel modelling
• Autonomous, proactive work style
• Strong leadership, influence, business acumen, financial understanding, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing cross-functional, cross-country, cross-business issues in a matrix, intercultural environment
• Fluent in English; other European language would be a benefit
• University degree or equivalent
