- Responsible for developing dealer networks in the Spanish market for the automotive brands represented by the company, including Hong, BESTUNE, YOOUDOOO, 212, Forthing, and others;

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard dealers with strong financial capability and proven sales performance;

- Lead channel negotiations and contract execution to rapidly establish presence in untapped markets.
- Own the overall sales volume targets of the assigned dealer network, ensuring annual and quarterly targets are met;

- Cascadesalestargets to individual dealers and establish a tracking, monitoring, and review mechanism;

- Drive dealersto improve retail sales, deal conversion rates, and inventory turnover efficiency;

- Developcorrective action plans for underperforming channels and follow up on improvement results.
III. Channel Operations & Performance Improvement




- Responsible for regional sales network planning, including dealer performance assessment, business enablement, and admission/exit management, to ensure a stable and efficient channel structure;

- Manage day-to-day operations of dealers and agents, coordinating the resolution of their routine issues.

Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry or in channel/distribution sales;

- Proven experience in building dealer networks;

candidates with successful track records in channel expansion will be given preference;

- Solid understanding of automotive channel models (dealer systems, regional agency/distribution, etc.).
