Experteer Overview As Sr. Manager, Solution Sales
- Data Center Europe, you will define and execute the growth agenda for the Data Center vertical across Europe. You will own the go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and business performance, leading a specialized sales team and shaping relationships with EPCs, system integrators, and end users. You will drive large, complex, solution-based opportunities through disciplined solution selling and cross-functional collaboration. • Define and execute Data Center strategy across Europe with priority segments and differentiated value propositions
• Own pipeline creation and conversion for large, complex opportunities using a solution-selling approach
• Build and coach a high-performing team of Solution Account Managers
• Develop relationships with EPCs and partners; collaborate with CIC,
Marketing, Product Management, and Channel teams
• Align regional sales, technical, and marketing functions to deliver integrated solutions and scale best practices
• Drive business performance including orders, revenue, pipeline, and forecast accuracy, with regular business reviews Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Data Center markets with solution selling and multi-country leadership
• Deep exposure to EPCs, system integrators, and major end users
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to influence across ecosystems
• Technical and market understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity in critical infrastructure, and digital transformation trends
