Medtronic seeks a full-time remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 analytics platform. You will explain complex technical issues to HCPs, SUS and FSEs, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.
The role requires a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and robotics/motion control experience.
