Experteer Overview As Senior Quality Manager you will lead QMS design and deployment for NPI programs, ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are met. You will guide DFx and validation readiness, supporting smooth design-to-mass production transitions. You will oversee launch readiness, quality performance, and regulatory compliance across HealthTech sites. You will build capable, independent quality teams and promote continuous improvement aligned with Celestica’s global quality strategy. • Lead quality planning and deployment of QMS processes and tools for NPI objectives
• Oversee DFx reviews and validation strategies (IQ/OQ/PQ) for smooth transitions to production
• Manage launch readiness, monthly reviews, and customer satisfaction monitoring
• Ensure site-wide regulatory conformance and customer certifications (ISO 13485,
ANSI/ESD)
• Analyze performance data and drive action plans with stakeholders
• Own and improve global QMS processes to ensure compliance and risk mitigation

• 15+ years in Quality Management with proven NPI, manufacturing scale-up and global QMS deployment
• Expert knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and ANSI/ISO/ESD standards
• Strong DFx/validation understanding (IQ/OQ/PQ) and quality tools
• Experience with performance analytics and cross-functional stakeholder communication
