You will own the post-acquisition lifecycle, ensuring acquired entities align with Fever's strategic priorities and realize growth potential. • Analyze acquired companies’ business models, performance, and growth drivers
• Define and monitor post-acquisition business plans aligned with Fever's priorities
• Track post-acquisition performance to identify synergies and scalability opportunities
• Define and execute expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines
• Develop and execute integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and process alignment
• Identify risks and dependencies; proactively address challenges to maintain continuity




• Improve integration playbooks and capture best practices for future deals
• Serve as bridge between acquired teams and internal departments; align goals, timelines, and priorities

• 3-5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or Mu0026A integration
• Native Icelandic and proficient English; German a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
