Experteer Overview In this role you lead the development of service offerings for Au0026amp;D systems, shaping a profitable, standardized service portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into market-ready service products and go-to-market plans. The position emphasizes delivering complete system solutions and driving customer loyalty through value-driven service contracts and pricing. You will engage with global markets from Madrid while coordinating with headquarters in Munich, enabling growth in aerospace u0026amp; defense test systems. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide architectures and training inputs to align service planning, deliverables, NPI coordination and pricing for Au0026D service needs
• Lead cross-divisional projects for Service Development Proposals, including financial performance monitoring
• Gather market and customer insight to identify service offerings
• Design, launch, and maintain a standardized service portfolio with business cases, pricing models, and ROI analyses
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Technical Service, Ru0026D, Marketing, Legal, and Export Control to define specs, SLAs, and go-to-market plans
• Conduct customer-facing activities (interviews, workshops, field visits, surveys) to elicit and prioritize service requirements for the roadmap




• Monitor KPIs to refine the portfolio Responsabilidades
• Master Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, RF Engineering, Systems Engineering or technical-business hybrid
• Extensive experience in product management for service products, preferably in test u0026 measurement or aerospace u0026 defense
• Proven track record of defining, launching and managing service contracts or service product lines for complex hardware/systems
• Direct exposure to Au0026D market and related test systems; experience with Rohde u0026 Schwarz Tu0026M equipment is a plus
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer and senior-management value propositions
• Experience in structured requirements gathering (interviews, use case analysis, Voice of Customer)
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
• Advanced analytical and strong conceptual thinking
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel internationally
