Experteer Overview As the Reporting and Controlling Manager, you will lead a 5–6 person accounting team and own Glovo's global month-end close and external reporting to Delivery Hero. You will strengthen the control framework around the financial close and drive accurate IFRS reporting for subsidiaries and the group. The role involves partnering with local and corporate teams to design, implement, and embed robust processes using risk and control matrices, and guiding cross-accounting initiatives. You will shape disclosures and reporting tooling, notably OneStream, to support scale and HQ initiatives. • Own global month-end close and monthly reporting to Delivery Hero (TB, KPIs, FTEs) with focus on materiality and timely delivery
• Review IFRS financial statements of subsidiaries and group consolidation; correct inconsistencies before stakeholder review
• Design and implement controls over the close using a risk-and-control matrix; roll out in phases with milestones
• Collaborate with corporate and local accounting teams on close, controls, and coaching; perform root-cause analysis and process improvements
• Define RACI models and embed redesigned processes; ensure controls operate as intended
• Lead projects on presentation, IFRS treatment,
and enhancement of the OneStream reporting tool; support ERP and reporting package initiatives
• Coach and develop the team; serve as main point of contact for Delivery Hero, Finance Performance, and local finance on financial reporting Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business Administration (or related) with 8+ years in accounting, reporting and consolidation or financial controlling; multinational environment preferred
• Fluent English; Big 4 experience plus accounting/controlling/internal audit exposure
• Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge; experience with risk and control matrices and process design
• Experience implementing processes, creating RACIs, and managing projects
• Hands-on leadership of teams in a corporate setting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with OneStream; SAP S/4HANA is a plus; proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
