Experteer Overview In this role, you will maintain and improve Julius Baer’s Security Baseline Configuration framework end-to-end. You’ll collaborate with technology teams to define baseline requirements and ensure scan data accuracy and compliance evidence. Over time, you’ll expand to onboard new technologies into Hardening and Exposure Management, supporting audits and remediation. You will work with teams in Zurich and Madrid to share findings and drive consistent security practices in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and document security baseline requirements per technology in a version-controlled, peer-reviewed repository
• Keep baselines current through annual reviews, version changes, and mapping to hardening standards
• Bring new technologies into baseline scope
• Test scan results for completeness and accuracy with central reporting platform; flag gaps or malformed records
• Support audit and regulatory evidence requests (policy history, exception trails, scan evidence)




• Assist in remediation of security configuration deviations within Exposure Management, including adjusting rules and handling false positives
• Track coverage and compliance deviations; follow up on remediation plans with technology and IT service owners; verify scan evidence
• Collaborate with colleagues in Zurich and Madrid and share findings across the team Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or equivalent practical experience
• Three to five years in a security-related technical role (configuration, hardening, governance, or data quality)
• Experience with auditable procedures and documentation
• Ability to explain requirements to engineering teams and drive follow-up actions
• Ability to coordinate work across teams without direct authority
• Experience with tickets, exceptions, and findings in a workflow tool
