You act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to identify capability gaps and future skill needs, reinforcing learning as a driver of growth, career development, and talent attraction. You connect business priorities to the Learning ecosystem to maximize impact and value.

• Translate enterprise and school strategies into market-relevant capability outcomes
• Influence how Schools, Departments, and Capability Development teams deliver learning solutions

• Shape integrated learning strategies across organizational boundaries to support market objectives




• Negotiate resources and investments and align learning priorities with business strategy
• Connect leaders to the right School programs, content, and credentials
• Maintain visibility across Schools and Departments to optimize the learning ecosystem
• Promote learning as a core component of Accenture's Employee Value Proposition
• Synthesize input from multiple sources to identify high-value learning opportunities
