Experteer Overview In this role you act as a senior escalation owner for HP PageWide Web Press incidents and systemic reliability problems. You will work across press compute platforms, networking, and press subsystems to restore production, drive root cause and prevention, and partner with Ru0026amp;D and service teams to reduce recurrence. You’ll manage high-priority tasks, perform remote diagnostics, and lead mitigation of top issues through trend analysis. This is a production-focused role with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement at its core. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and drive Tier 4 escalations to restore press operations, coordinating with Tier 1–3, Field Service, and partners
• Perform remote diagnostics using logs and system data; request missing data and define next steps
• Provide leadership and clear status updates during critical press-down incidents
• Troubleshoot compute stacks, including server hardware, OS images, virtualization/containers, storage, and performance
• Diagnose connectivity, remote access, firewall/VPN, routing/DNS issues affecting press operations
• Create customer-ready network guidance and unblock access with service/account teams




• Lead investigations across print electronics, control subsystems, sensors, boards, interlocks, and related interfaces
• Collaborate with hardware/WS and Ru0026D for deep root cause and corrective actions
• Identify systemic issues via trend analysis and define top problems to drive mitigations
• Produce concise RCAs, document learnings, and improve knowledge assets/playbooks
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders with a production-first mindset; translate complexity for non-technical audiences Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in Support organizations
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting across compute platforms, networking, and hardware/electronics-adjacent systems in production environments
• Structured debug methodology: hypothesis, evidence gathering, isolation, mitigation, prevention
• Experience handling escalations and coordinating across multiple teams under time pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce customer-ready summaries and internal notes Requisitos principales •
