Experteer Overview In this role you leverage quantum-inspired AI to design, implement and improve Large Language Models, shaping their integration into Multiverse Computing’s products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push cutting-edge LLM/NLP work and contribute to ongoing research and tool development. Your work helps deliver scalable, accurate AI solutions for general clients in finance, energy, and industrial sectors. • Design and develop quantum-inspired compression techniques for LLMs to tackle diverse domain problems
• Conduct rigorous evaluations, benchmarks and fine-tuning to boost accuracy, robustness and efficiency
• Assess model strengths/weaknesses and propose improvements for performance
• Serve as a domain expert for LLMs, identifying opportunities for quantum AI innovations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, experiments and results
• Share knowledge with the team and mentor junior members in LLM development

• Stay updated on LLM advancements and recommend new tools/technologies Responsabilidades
• Master's or Ph.
D. in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• 2+ years designing, training or fine-tuning transformer models
• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLM/Transformer models and libraries (e.g., HuggingFace Transformers, Accelerate, Datasets)
• Solid mathematical foundations in deep learning
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, performance analysis, test design and documentation
• Understanding of GPU architectures
• Excellent Python programming skills and libraries (PyTorch, HuggingFace)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), Docker and deploying AI solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Publications in deep learning are a plus
• Spanish language skills are a plus
