Experteer Overview
In this role you will help grow and scale Amazon's middle-mile transportation by optimizing the Relay Carrier Supply Base. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality operations, quality and performance, and implement data-driven improvements. You will drive carrier onboarding, capacity expansion, and innovative solutions with tech teams to enhance reliability, reduce costs, and support a customer-centric logistics network.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Source carriers to expand partner portfolio
• Identify gaps in carrier liquidity and design action plans to increase capacity
• Manage carrier onboarding and maintain safety, performance, and process compliance
• Lead continuous improvement with carriers and develop SOPs
• Collaborate with tech teams to develop features for the Relay platform and improve carrier experience
• Provide project support ensuring Amazon requirements are communicated and implemented by Line Haul carriers




• Work across the EU in a cross-functional environment

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in cross-functional project delivery
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience in operations/supply chain
• Experience in program requirements definition with data and metrics to drive improvements
• Basic knowledge of Excel (UX navigation, basic formulas, lookups)
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
• Experience in logistics or operational roles
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or communicating complex information to senior stakeholders
