This is a fully remote opportunity across Europe, designed for professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and being rewarded based on results rather than hours worked. What you'll be promoting
* Executive Search & Recruitment Services
* Culture Fit Assessment Solutions Compensation 30% of the recruitment fee generated from every successful placement
* Compensation is paid only after a client has been secured and a position has been successfully filled.
* You will receive 30% of the fee for every role closed with the client you introduced.
* This applies to all placements made with the same client for the following 6 months.
* Average earnings are typically around €2,500 per successful placement.
* Additional performance bonuses are available upon reaching agreed business targets.
* No cap on earnings. Requirements




* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or similar commercial roles
* Strong command of English is essential
* Based in Europe and able to work remotely
* Registered as self-employed / freelancer (or able to invoice through your own business entity)
* Proven ability to generate and develop B2B relationships
* Previous experience selling services rather than products
* Exposure to the HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Tech or Consulting sectors
