- HR Administration: keep employee records up to date, organize documentation, and manage payroll variables.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Generalist Role: support key areas such as training, employee experience,



and workplace culture.
- Training & Events: assist with organizing courses, internal activities, and office management.

Salary:
€24,000 per year.

- High level of spoken and written Spanish
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
