Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver features. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge. Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.



Optimize application performance and scalability. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ~5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. ~ Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go). ~ Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). ~ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. ~ Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable. ~ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, especially in a remote setting.
