Medtronic is seeking a full-time remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 AI-powered platform across EMEA. You will explain complex technical issues to health care professionals, SUS, and FSE, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit. The role requires a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering degree, 4+ years in robotics or capital equipment, and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian.
