The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys solving practical problems, working with APIs and integrations, and turning ideas into working solutions. You’ll work across different customer environments, connecting APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and internal systems to build automations and AI-powered workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with our customers and internal teams to understand how they work, identify opportunities to improve their processes, and then build the technical solution. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on integrations, automation, APIs, and AI. You don't need to come from a Solutions Engineering or Forward Deployed Engineering background. If you’re a strong developer who enjoys working with people, explaining technical concepts, and solving new problems, we can teach you the rest. You’ll be responsible for: Integrations & Automation
• Design, build, and maintain automations connecting APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and internal systems.
• Build custom integrations, scripts, webhooks, and lightweight services when no-code or low-code tools aren't enough.
• Work with platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and know when to use them versus building a custom solution.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into customer and internal workflows.
• Manage multiple projects and configurations while keeping solutions reliable, documented, and maintainable. AI & Automation
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents using tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
• Work with prompting, tool/function calling, structured outputs, retrieval, and agent workflows.
• Identify practical opportunities to use AI to automate repetitive or operationally complex tasks.
• Experiment with new AI and automation technologies and bring useful ideas into production.



Full-Stack Development
• Build backend services, integrations, and automation logic using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Work across the stack when needed, including lightweight front-end development and internal tools.
• Work with databases and data transformation as part of integration and automation projects.
• Debug and improve systems in production, handling errors, rate limits, retries, and edge cases. Customer & Internal Collaboration
• Work directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders to understand their workflows and technical requirements.
• Explain technical concepts clearly and turn business problems into practical technical solutions.
• Ask the right questions to understand how a customer operates and where technology can make the biggest impact.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other teams to deliver solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers while remaining hands-on technically. Ideally, you’ll have:
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with experience across the full stack.
• Strong backend development skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and data transformation.
• Experience building integrations, automations, internal tools, or other systems that connect multiple services.
• Experience working with third-party APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, or AI-powered applications.
• Experience with automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in unfamiliar technical environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably work with both technical and non-technical people.

pragmatic mindset. You enjoy figuring things out and finding the simplest solution that works. You don't need experience in every technology listed above. We care more about strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and your willingness to learn. Nice to have:
• Experience working in a customer-facing engineering, consulting, agency, or solutions environment.
• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with Railway, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with serverless functions and Docker.
• Experience integrating CRMs, messaging platforms, analytics tools, or other business SaaS APIs.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting for automated systems.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
