Role overview Orbio is looking for a Marketing Lead to build the company’s marketing engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on role focused on shaping how Orbio is positioned in the market, creating demand across international audiences, and turning awareness into qualified pipeline. You will work closely with the CRO, founders, and Sales to connect strategy with execution across content, demand generation, PR, events, and marketing operations. The role combines strategic thinking with strong execution and a bias for testing, learning, and scaling what works. What you’ll do
• Build and run an inbound engine that turns attention into qualified pipeline through content, SEO, email nurturing, and lead scoring.
• Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid social, LinkedIn, search, and ABM.
• Sharpen positioning and messaging for AI agents in frontline HR, adapting it by market and audience.
• Create case studies, decks, and sales enablement materials that support the full buyer journey.
• Own editorial content across blog, reports, webinars, and LinkedIn, and support founder thought leadership.
• Manage marketing operations, reporting, and attribution using HubSpot or a similar stack.
• Adapt campaigns, messaging, and PR for different international markets.
• Lead PR and communications efforts, including media relations, announcements, awards, analyst relations, and founder visibility.
• Build an events and offline marketing approach that includes trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and customer events, with a clear link to pipeline.
• Partner with Sales to define lead qualification criteria and ensure a strong handoff process. Required qualifications and experience
• Broad B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in inbound and demand generation.




• Experience marketing to international audiences and adapting messaging across markets.
• A history of building marketing programs from scratch or scaling them in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience with PR and offline marketing, including media coverage and event-driven pipeline generation.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, SEO, paid channels, and analytics.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Native English, Spanish is a plus. Desired skills and competencies
• Data-driven approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to move quickly, prioritize well, and iterate based on results.
• Comfort working across strategy and execution in a changing environment.
• Collaboration skills for working closely with Sales, founders, and external partners.
• Experience with HR, Operations, enterprise, or ABM audiences is a plus.
