- Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
- Supervise day-to-day activities Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
- Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
- Communicates with vendors and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Bar Manager Compensation
$60, 000 to $72, 000, based on experience
