We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant for a fully remote freelance assignment in an existing Salesforce environment. The project focuses on implementing standard Salesforce Service functionality, initially around case management and the in-house service process. A later phase in 2027 is expected to include Salesforce Field Service for customer sites. Expected workload is flexible, approx. 5–15 hours per week. Required
