Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 USD per Month + Commissions

We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Sales Closer positions we need to fill immediately. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting buyers, sellers, and investors to grow the client base.

- Identify each client’s needs, goals, and concerns (budget, location, timeline, financing) so you can position the right properties as the best fit.

- Handle objections, negotiate offers and contracts, and close deals over the phone and on video calls.





- Meet or exceed monthly sales volume and revenue targets.

- Monitor listing and client activity and provide regular updates to management.

Preferred skills & Tools:

- CRM software proficiency (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Experience with sales analytics tools

Qualifications:

-

- 1+ year of experience in a Sales Closer or related role.

- 1+ year of experience working in the Real Estate industry.

- Fluent English, both verbal and written.

- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.

- High level of motivation and persistence.
