Pynn is seeking a Sales Director to build and lead the international sales team from Palma. You will recruit, onboard and coach a multilingual team, set the sales strategy across Europe, the US, LATAM and MENA, and own the revenue line with an uncapped override on team closes.
You will develop the pipeline, maintain CRM discipline, train on demos and proposals, collaborate with marketing and product, and travel for events and key accounts.
