Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage a portfolio of client accounts in Spain, collaborating with sales and technical teams to maximize revenue and client success. You will design data-informed campaign strategies for top brands, ensure premium service, and drive long-term relationships. This position offers a chance to influence outcomes for major clients while working in a dynamic, international AdTech environment. You will be empowered to cross-sell and upsell within RTB House’s full product suite, shaping client journeys and growth.

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and cooperate with leading brands in Spain
• Meet clients face-to-face to ensure premium customer service
• Create campaign strategies across industries using data, creativity, and client needs
• Monitor campaign margins and scale aligned with company goals
• Respond to inquiries promptly and provide campaign status reports with improvement ideas for cross-sell and upsell
• Maintain customer success and long-term relationships
• Provide information about RTB House’s services and products to clients




• Assist customers in launching ad campaigns and processing orders
• Ensure timely payments for services

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising in client-facing roles
• Experience in AdTech, advertiser or agency environments (online)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong commercial acumen
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (C1)
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of customer support tools and processes
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, energy, and motivation
• Positive, proactive attitude
