We're looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Expert to join a growing company in the iGaming industry. Support Finnish-speaking customers across different communication channels. Assist with enquiries, troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer experiences. Work closely with an international team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Develop your knowledge of the iGaming industry and customer support operations. Fluent Finnish and English (C1 level or higher). Confidence using computers and digital tools. Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
