OverviewIn this role you own the full sales cycle for Amenitiz, targeting independent hoteliers across Europe.

You will prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close, while managing your pipeline end-to-end.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate product value into real business outcomes for small hospitality businesses.

Maintain HubSpot pipeline with accurate forecast and follow-ups

Collaborate with Sales leadership and peers to share insights and improve tactics

Requisitos principales2-4 years in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full-cycle)

Native Italian with strong written and spoken English

Ability to switch between prospecting and closing within short timeframes

Owns pipeline and results; not just activity metrics

Structured approach to forecasting and follow-ups

Resilient and consistent in a high-volume, target-driven environment

Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is a plus

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
