ResponsabilidadesGuide model behavior through feedback loops and evaluation mechanisms

Build and maintain pipelines for fine-tuning and retraining (SFT, LoRA, DPO) with safe feedback

Develop evaluation tools and safety layers (guardrails, moderation, scoring) for accuracy and compliance

Integrate model lifecycle management into CI/CD workflows including versioning, deployment, rollback, and monitoring





Collaborate with data and platform engineers to enable scalable model serving and observability in Kubernetes

Translate insights from model behavior into systemic backend improvements

Requisitos principales5+ years of backend engineering experience (.NET Core / C#, Go, or Java)

Proven experience building and operating cloud-native microservices (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD)

Strong understanding of API design, service contracts, and observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus)

Experience integrating or operating LLM-based APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) in production

Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment practices

Familiarity with data flows and storage (SQL/NoSQL, queues, message buses)

Clear communicator able to reason about model behavior and system design with technical and product stakeholders
