From structuring new products to navigating new regulatory regimes, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.What You'll Be Doing Advising the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring new and existing cryptoassets and financial featuresDrafting customer-facing legal documents for these productsManaging regulatory expectations, requirements, and applicationsCollaborating with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver solutionsEnsuring compliance with financial services regulations, including upcoming UK crypto regimes, Mi CA,



PSD2, and Mi FIDExpanding our product offering in line with regulatory requirementsEngaging proactively with local regulators What You'll Need 6+ years of PQETo be a qualified lawyer (Solicitor of England & Wales, Irish Solicitor, or equivalent admittance in an EU Member State)An impressive academic background and law firm credentialsExperience advising on cryptoassets, either as part of an in-house role or in a law firmKnowledge of financial legislation, including FSMA (RAO) and Mi FIDAn understanding of relevant financial regulations and supervisory frameworksThe ability to make decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete informationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExceptional leadership and team management capabilities Building a general financial super app isn't enough.
