As our Warehouse Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring reliable warehouse execution, inventory control, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement across Coty's distribution centers and third-party logistics operations while driving data-based decision making and operational excellence.
You will be reporting to the Operations Manager DC, and you will manage 1.
WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS alternatively, completed commercial or logistics vocational training with substantial relevant experience.
Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination or 3PL-managed distribution environments.
Advanced SAP user knowledge and practical understanding of warehouse management systems and transactional interfaces.
Skilled in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Proficiency in working with Power BI.
Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish; German is a plus.
Demonstrated capability to analyze operational data,
solve problems, coordinate stakeholders and deliver actions independently.
Ability to collaborate across organizations and cultures with strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
