OverviewAs an Associate Channel Account Manager, drive growth in the DACH region by expanding partner footprints, upselling, and cross-selling in SMB and Mid-Market segments.

You will lead a cross-functional channel 'pod' to execute region-specific strategies and collaborate with sales, partner managers, and marketing to create pipeline opportunities.

You engage directly in prospecting, presenting, and closing, while guiding strategic initiatives and tactical transactions.

Serve as the hub of a cross-functional channel pod to align regional strategies

Coordinate with CAD sellers, partner technical managers, PSRs, and segment sellers to manage transactions

Requisitos principales2-3 years of relevant BDR/SDR experience

1-3 years of sales quota carrying experience in a B2B environment (desirable)

Familiarity with product development and discrete manufacturing operations (desirable)

Fluent English and German

Proven track record in software sales

Excellent sales presentation and communication
