Job description

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team in Madrid and contribute to the delivery of industrial building projects.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models, while supporting design coordination from design through construction.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications and BIM standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model consistency, identify interface issues and resolve clashes.
- Produce and update technical drawings, 3D models, schedules,



quantity take-offs and other BIM deliverables.
- Create and manage Revit families and contribute to BIM data management.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of digital project information, including data exchanges between stakeholders.
- Contribute to design reviews and construction coordination, identifying opportunities to optimise technical solutions and meet project deadlines.

Profile

With a technical degree, you have at least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling. You have a strong command of Revit and a solid understanding of BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination workflows. Detail-oriented and well organized, you are comfortable working on multiple tasks in a collaborative and international environment.
