We are looking for an experienced Lead AI & Agentic Transformation Engineer to shape and deliver enterprise AI solutions that create measurable business value. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for someone who can bridge AI strategy and hands-on engineering: guiding technical teams, designing scalable solutions, and turning promising AI concepts into secure, reliable, production-ready systems. You will help define our AI delivery roadmap, establish engineering and governance standards, and identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, agentic systems, and intelligent automation to real business challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead delivery end to end: discovery, prioritization, architecture and delivery of high-value AI and automation initiatives.

- Design agentic & generative AI systems: guide implementation of agentic AI, generative AI applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and enterprise knowledge solutions.

- Create reusable patterns: establish engineering patterns for integrations, AI evaluation, security, monitoring, reliability and production deployment.

- Make sound decisions: balance business value, scalability, maintainability, risk and cost.

- Partner with the business: work with leaders and process owners to identify opportunities, redesign workflows and measure transformation outcomes.

- Grow the team: provide technical direction, mentor engineers, conduct design reviews and promote engineering excellence.

- Govern responsibly:



establish governance, human oversight, access controls and responsible AI practices.

- Look ahead: evaluate emerging technologies, platform options and external partnerships to support our AI strategy.

- Explore AEC innovation: BIM, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and related APIs where relevant.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field. or

- A bachelor’s in computer science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering. Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or a similar quantitative field are equally acceptable.

- A Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related discipline is an advantage, but not mandatory.

- Equivalent professional experience and demonstrated technical expertise may be considered in place of formal qualifications

Experience

- Approximately 10–15 years of relevant experience across software engineering, architecture, cloud, data, automation or digital transformation.

Essential.
