We are considering a Guest Host - Front Office, with barista orbartender skills, responsible for providing professional and attentive guest services while managing front desk operations at our hotel in Calella (Maresme).
This role combines guest-facing reception duties with high-quality beverage preparation and service, creating a welcoming and social atmosphere in shared hotel spaces.
Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, cocktails, and other drinks following hotel standards and recipes.
Manage front desk tasks independently, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest services according to hotel policies.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and communicate restocking requirements.
Ensure accuracy in billing,



payments, and guest profiles.
Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
Collaborate effectively with hotel teams across departments and shifts.
Participate actively in training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of hotel operations, local attractions, beverages, service techniques, and hospitality standards.

This role will required to be a multi-skilled hospitality professional responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized guest journey by combining front desk, customer service, and food & beverage support functions.
English and Spanish domain.
This role operates within a flexible, guest-centric environment where traditional reception duties are integrated into social and shared spaces such as the lobby and coffee area.

Additionally, we believe in taking action towards curving the impact that our company has on its environments. This includes implementing energy efficient practices and engaging in community projects that promote cultural preservation among others actions.
