OverviewIn this hands-on technical leadership role, you own the architecture and realization of a next-generation high-speed hardware platform.

You will work across system-level design and detailed hardware work, guiding FPGA, GPU, and software collaborators to integrate a complete system.

You'll tackle complex problems in signal, timing, and high-speed interconnects, driving validation, debugging, and system integration.

You will mentor the engineering team and shape technical decisions that enable scalable, high-performance computing.

FPGA and high-speed transceiver integration

Requisitos principalesA track record of leading technically demanding projects and multidisciplinary teams

Extensive experience in high-speed digital design and complex PCB development

Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity and transmission-line theory

Hands-on experience with PCIe, Ethernet, DDR/DDR5 and SerDes

Proven experience with complex electronic system integration, validation and hardware debugging

Strong experience with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs

Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance computing is highly valuable

Hands-on, technically curious approach with ability to move between system architecture and detailed hardware investigation
