OverviewAs Technical Artist at Lingokids, you own the tooling and standards that connect finished 2D art and animation to playable Unity builds.
You create scripts, exporters, and validation checks to cut manual work, ensure assets render correctly, and enable AI-assisted workflows with guardrails.
You collaborate across Art, Animation, Design, and Engineering to keep pipelines healthy and assets reusable across games and IP reskins.
This role combines hands-on technical work with enabling teams to move faster in a kid-focused, remote-friendly environment.

Build and maintain tools, exporters, importers, and validation checks to automate repetitive tasks
Define asset standards for structure, naming, export settings, versioning, and readiness criteria
Own Unity asset setup including prefabs, reusable configurations, and animation integration
Validate assets in builds and diagnose visual defects, integration issues, and mobile performance
Troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks and fix root causes across Art, Animation, Design, and Engineering
Enable reuse of assets, rigs, animations, and setups across games, levels, and IP reskins
Evolve the workflow by evaluating new tools and transitioning workflows (e.g., from Adobe Animate to Spine)
