ResponsabilidadesLead sourcing projects across indirect procurement categories and consolidate supplier base to sharpen costs and strategies

Develop plant-specific sourcing strategies to ensure reliable, competitive supply

Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery with regular business reviews

Develop and execute annual cost reduction plans leveraging cost models and negotiations

Collaborate with Engineering to identify cost-saving projects and ensure timely execution

Stakeholder management across North America to align procurement with operations





Monitor, analyze, and report procurement KPIs, savings, and supplier initiatives

Ensure compliance with Mexico's Indirect Procurement Policy and processes

Travel to Matamoros to support sourcing initiatives and collaboration

Requisitos principales3+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or purchasing

Strong experience in CAPEX procurement and project management

Knowledge of suppliers and market conditions in northern Mexico

Proven negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier performance management

Strong analytical skills, cost models, and evaluating proposals

Experience with

SAP

and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement reporting tools

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management
