ResponsabilidadesDesign and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot and MongoDB
Own technical solutions across the development lifecycle from design to deployment and monitoring
Act as the technical reference for architectural discussions and decision-making
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Mentor teammates and promote best practices and continuous improvement
Design APIs and system integrations across applications and services
Promote high software quality through reviews, testing, performance optimization and robust engineering practices
Contribute to CI/CD improvements and debt management
Explore new technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve efficiency
Adapt to changing priorities while staying delivery-focused
Requisitos principalesExtensive backend development experience in complex, distributed systems
Strong Java, Spring Boot and microservices experience
Solid MongoDB experience (design, data modelling, performance)
Experience designing RESTful APIs and backend services
Knowledge of software architecture, testing and CI/CD
Experience in Agile environments (Scrum)
Ability to take technical ownership and contribute to decisions
Strong communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Mentoring experience and interest in knowledge sharing
Proficiency in English and Spanish
