ResponsabilidadesGovern AI security strategy and policies aligned with responsible AI and regulations (e.g., EU AI Act)

Lead AI risk assessments and asset inventory focusing on data poisoning, model evasion, adversarial attacks, and prompt injection

Define security standards and architecture for the AI/ML lifecycle from data acquisition to deployment

Oversee AI monitoring to detect drift, anomalies, and security incidents; define AI-specific SOC precursors

Define and test incident response playbooks for AI-specific events (e.g.,



compromised model, data leak in Generative AI services)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed secure AI practices across AXA's entities

Establish governance and enablement of secure AI development and data usage in line with Group strategy

Requisitos principalesMore than 10 years of Information Security experience with leadership in data science, AI/ML, or security thereof

Good understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle

Knowledge of common AI frameworks

Familiarity with AI-specific security threats and controls

Knowledge of data privacy and emerging AI regulations

Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Cross-cultural collaboration

Stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
