Assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related issues
Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience
Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes
Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience
Requisitos principalesFluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written
Good English communication skills
Experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-oriented role
