Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM U.Smart Apartment Data provides data and analytics solutions for the U.S. multifamily real estate industry. We're looking for a self-directed Business Analyst who can lead projects from start to finish and turn business information into clear, practical recommendations.

Projects may span multiple areas of the business, so you'll need to get up to speed on unfamiliar topics quickly. This role is equally focused on project management and data analysis. This is equally project management and analysis. Neither half is the junior one.

Own projects end to end — you decide what the project is, who needs to move, and when it's finished

Analyze operational, financial, customer, product, and market data for trends, gaps, and risks

3+ years experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis, or a similar role





A track record of independently leading projects from start to finish

At least one recommendation leadership acted on because of your analysis

Ability to read and interpret business data and draw practical conclusions

Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information; advanced SQL or BI expertise is not required

Clear and concise written and spoken English

Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote environment

Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM U.Background in SaaS, technology, data services, real estate, or another complex business environment

Full-time, fully remote position
