Leon Cycle is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our Operations in EU region! We are looking for a strategic thinker, accountable for delivering measurable results that achieves and exceeds shipping deadlines, inventory forecasts/management, cost control, and quality control and targets overall success of all the operational management systems, processes, best practices, and warehouses within EU region. They will direct and oversee all inbound/outbound operations as well as quality control and implementing policies and procedures that increase operational effectiveness.

Own all processes and communications with legal, business support, government officials, and 3PL

Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals

Optimize all aspects of our business operations to ensure all teams are communicating effectively, deadlines understood and met, and cross-functional dependencies are minimized

Collaborate with Sales team to increase inventory turnover and decrease inventory days on hand

Collaborate with 3PL and freight companies to plan deliveries and shipments, as well as updated contract rates to reduce shipping costs





Coordinate product inventory and storage within warehouses and other logistics sites to optimize efficient inventory movement

Participate in strategic planning as required by the CEO

10+ years senior supply chain experience within the sports, sporting, consumer goods or e-mobility segment, preferably with startup company success

- Undergraduate degree. Preferred MBA or Supply Chain focus
- Demonstrated highly developed written (business and creative) and verbal communication skills, tact, assertiveness, and business acumen.
- Advanced leadership skills with ability to direct, coach, develop, facilitate and manage performance of direct reports.
