AbbVie seeks a Clinical Research Associate II to serve as the primary contact between investigative sites and the company, overseeing clinical trial conduct, data integrity, and compliance. The role involves site monitoring, staff training, risk assessment, and ensuring adherence to GCP guidelines and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and facilitate meaningful stakeholder engagement

Conduct site evaluations, training, monitoring activities, and closure in compliance with protocols and GCP standards

Develop and customize site engagement strategies using CRM tools to track progress and measure impact

Assess and recommend effective recruitment and retention techniques aligned with patient disease journey





Mentor junior CRAs and provide input on their professional development

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in health-related discipline (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred

Minimum 3 years clinically related experience

Familiarity with risk-based monitoring, onsite and offsite approaches

Knowledge of therapeutic area indications and scientific concepts

Advanced knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and local regulatory requirements

Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
